Restore my purchase

Open Settings › Yes Universe Plus › Restore purchase, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with. Plus is shared with your family through Family Sharing on iPhone.

Move to a new phone

On the old phone: Settings › Your data › Make a backup (.zip), and save the file somewhere you can reach. On the new phone: Settings › Your data › Restore from a backup.

Reminders don’t arrive

Check that notifications are allowed for Yes Universe in your phone’s settings. On Android, battery saving can delay reminders; allow the app to run in the background. Opening the app once a week refreshes the schedule.

Is there a subscription to cancel?

No. Plus is a one-time purchase. There is nothing to cancel.

Add the widget

iPhone: touch and hold the home screen, tap +, search “Yes Universe”. Android: touch and hold the home screen, tap Widgets, find Yes Universe.
